Lady Liberty Sophia - PWC112 Glitter

This week's Paper Pretties challenge was glitter. I automatically thought of Lady Liberty Sophia. Isn't she just adorable!!! Living in NY, I couldn't pass her up...she is too cute. Anyway the challenge this week was to use glitter. Here is my glittering card. I am in love with all the sparkle. Of course it's more glittery in person the fireworks all glitter...even the ones with the sentiment.

I used the Paper Pretties Lady Liberty Sophia and one of the three sentiments. I used SU paper Night quite navy, Dazzling diamonds with the Sakura Quickie Glue Pen (love it!! You can to get glue in all the detailed places like I did with her crown). The fireworks were one of those dollar stamps from one of my local craft stores. I knew I would use it someday....I think it's about 5 years old and just got it first ink. Good things come to those with a plan LOL.

If you would like to participate in this week's challenge, you could win the Paper Pretties set Wade E. Bug. Just link your project to the bottom of the Paper Pretties blog.

Thanks for stopping by!!! Be sure to visit the Paper Pretties store, they are adding new stock everyday and look out for their new release. I hear it is coming in August...Can't wait!!!

Super fun card Delia!! I am glad your stamp got ink -- we stampers ALWAYS have a plan, right?? Think where this card would have been without the perfect fireworks stamp... heehee! Thanks for playing!
